Over the years we have been asked to make oven shells for customers wanting to add their own heating source. This is our current offering. It is made for the buyer with the knowledge to install their own burner and controls to meet their local requirements.
Wall panels are made out of 18g G90 galv sheeting, plasma cut and bent into wall panels. The panels bolt together and feature cutouts to reduce heat transfer to the outside wall.
Wall cavity is 5" thick and insulated with mineral wool insulation.
The burner box is mounted behind a false wall and made out of 3/16" plate to protect the wall panels from the intense heat. Burner box has a cut out so you can visually see the flame with the false wall installed. Box has a 4.75" hole for using a Carlin or Wayne burner.
The fabrication and assembly is by far the hardest part of manufacturing these ovens. There are hundreds of bolts and screws, along with a lot of insulation and while transportation can seem like a daunting task, the hardest part of the job is already done for you.
Installed are 2 - 300 cfm high temp blower fans on each side wall that pull air from the burner area and disperse to the front section of the oven and recirculate
6ft wide units are made with 1 door and optional for 2.
doors are heavy duty and have 1/4" plate hinges bolted to the main structure.
Push to close latches installed.
heavy steel c-channel is used in the main shell where hinges attach.
These are large, heavy ovens. A 6x6'6"x14 shell can be upwards of 3,000lbs
These will often need to be transported on a low profile gooseneck flatbed.
Everything is sized by internal working area.
To date we have built several shells with most being 6' wide 6'6" tall 14' long
Due to logistics 7ft wide is as wide internally as we can go.
install burner. (Wayne or Carlin)

We are committed to continuous improvement, constantly seeking new ways to optimize the manufacturing process and improve product quality. Our team is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and manufacturing techniques to ensure that we deliver the best possible results.
